What strap size does a Seamaster Diver 300M need?

Choose by the exact watch reference and distance between the lugs, rather than the case diameter. Omega lists 20mm between the lugs for the two 42mm Diver 300M references below. For either reference, start with the 20mm Polaris option and check spring-bar clearance before fitting.

Other Seamaster references may use different widths or case constructions. This guide focuses on the Diver 300M; check the specifications of your own watch before ordering. Width alone does not confirm clearance between the spring bars and case.

Check your wrist size and fit

Standard Polaris length suits wrists approximately 6.5–8 inches. For a shorter or longer strap, add SHORT or LONG and your wrist size in the order notes, as described on the product page.

Confirm that the fabric can pass beneath both spring bars freely. Use suitable spring bars for your watch and ensure both ends are seated securely. If fitting is unfamiliar or clearance is tight, have a watchmaker check it before wearing the watch.
