Are all your products hand made to order?
Absolutely, we hand make everything to order here in the UK. None of our products are sat on a shelf ready to go.
I have received a shipping notification but no strap?
Shipping is carried out by Royal Mail - All orders are handed to their couriers for completed delivery. Tracking information can be used to get up to date information on the whereabouts of your order.
For DHL Express orders, collections are handled on an ad hoc basis. At the time of fulfilment collection may not have happened and will happen the following day.
Why havent you replied to my email?
Please make sure you have used our contact us page. This is the mailbox that is monitored constantly. Please also take into consideration the time difference. We are based in the UK so please only expect a reply during business hours or weekends.
Can you make me a strap longer or shorted than your standard size ?
Absolutely, we have the ability to cut the webbing to size so please add a note at checkout if you require alterations to our standard sizing.
What are your Customs & Duties Charges Like?
Anything ordered via Royal Mail Duties Paid to the United States or other PDDP Areas will have their duties and taxes paid before your order leaves us in the United Kingdom.
For DHL Express Orders, All Customs and Duties charges are to be paid by the receiver upon delivery to their destination country.
