Since August, many of you have reached out about unexpected customs charges on your orders. We hear you—and we agree: surprise fees at the doorstep aren’t the experience we want for anyone.

So we’ve made a change.

From now on, all international orders will ship for free via Royal Mail’s Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service to the following countries:

🇺🇸 United States  
🇫🇷 France  
🇳🇱 Netherlands  
🇩🇪 Germany  
🇵🇹 Portugal  
🇮🇪 Ireland  
🇨🇾 Cyprus  
🇲🇹 Malta  

That means:

✅ No surprise fees at delivery  
✅ No customs delays  
✅ We cover all import duties and processing charges  

You pay what you see at checkout—nothing more.

We’re also pleased to share that domestic UK shipping is now completely free, with no minimum spend.

For the rest of the world, we will also ship for free but we cant cover the customs charges as Royal Mail are yet to have a system that would allow us to do so
